A few months ago, I met a customer at the Taipei Automation Exhibition. This was a new emerging company whose main product was mini linear tracks. Through further interviews, I learned that the material of the workpiece was mainly stainless steel. Stainless steel has always been a difficult material to machine, and in the general understanding of customers, GC grinding wheels are the best choice for grinding stainless steel. However, most grinding wheel manufacturers provide only GC grinding wheels, but the actual use cannot achieve the expected machining efficiency for the customers.

In recent years, the technical team of BAYUNION has developed a new understanding and strategy for grinding stainless steel. They immediately recommended that the customer try BAYUNION's EB series  to solve the problem of surface grinding. In subsequent testing, the customer was amazed, as the grinding process became smoother and more efficient. This immediately earned the customer's approval and subsequent orders.
